Prerequisites
Permissions: View employees and Update employees.
Context
You can add an employee to an open survey round if these conditions are true:

The round is still open, not soft closed or hard closed.

The employee doesn’t have a past separation date on Peakon.

The employee doesn’t have a future start date on Peakon.

Any targeting you’re using in the Schedule settings doesn’t exclude the employee.
If you need to add a large group of employees to the survey, instead use the Add now button in Administration > Employees banner.
Steps
- Go to Administration > Employees.

Open the employee record of the individual who needs their survey link resent.
- Go to the Rounds tab.
- Click the Add now button in the banner that displays, to add them to the survey.
If the button is missing, the employee doesn't meet the conditions to be part of the survey round. Refer to Troubleshooting: Can't add employee to survey round for causes and remedies.
Results
The employee will instantly receive the survey link.
