Context
If an employee has the wrong email added, they will not receive the survey and if this is due to a typo, their email will also likely be marked as bounced.
Solution
Correct the email address of the employee as soon as possible.
If you update employee records through an integration, make the correction in your Human Resources system. If you update employee records using manual data imports, make the change on Peakon using the below steps.
Step
- Go to Administration > Employees.
- Open the employee record of the individual with an incorrect email address.
- Update their email address.
- Save changes.
Result
If there's a live survey round and the employee hasn't yet answered, Peakon instantly resends the survey link to the employee after the change. This is regardless whether the email originally went through or bounced.
