Peakon enables you to export your segment's dashboard into PowerPoint. You can export a segment that you manage directly or a child segment of a parent segment that you manage. In other words, to export a segment's dashboard results, you need to explicitly manage the segment, rather than only seeing it in the segment heat map.
The segments that you manage display as permanent items on your context switcher or in the search results of your context switcher. When you select these segments, you can see the survey responses of the entire employee cohort for the selected segment.
To be the manager of a segment 1 of these conditions must be true:
-
An administrator sets you as the manager of the segment.
-
An administrator creates a hierarchy between 2 attributes, and assigns you as the manager of a parent segment, thereby also granting full managing access to any child segments.
Example: The Business Unit attribute is the parent attribute of the Department attribute. If you manage a segment from the Business Unit attribute, you also manage any Department segments where 100% of the employees are also in the parent segment.
It's not possible to export the dashboard of a segment within another segment view. Example: You manage the My team [Manager] segment, and open a subsegment of your team in the segment heat map. However, if you are the manager of the subsegment that you opened, a View as this segment button displays. Clicking this button will switch your dashboard context to the managed segment, from where you can export it.
If the View as this segment button doesn't display, this means you're not set as the segment manager of the subsegment that you opened in the heat map.
