The survey round that the column refers to can change depending on your context selection. Therefore, the number of employees that display in the Latest participation column can differ for the same segment depending on the context you're in.
Example

- The Marketing segment is on a monthly survey frequency, and their latest survey was 3 weeks ago.
- The Finance segment is on a weekly survey frequency, and their survey was 3 days ago and is therefore the latest survey in the company.
