- View employees, Update employees, Administer employees permissions in the Employees section of Access Control.
- Manage segments and Manage attributes permissions in the Administer section of Access Control.
The Administer section is only available for All employees group types.
You can target the employee groups that should be able to contribute to attribute data collection, whether it's on the same survey schedule or across multiple schedules.
This enables administrators to customize their demographic data collection based on the local legislation and the cultural norms in the countries they operate in.
- Go to Administration > Attributes.
- Open the attribute you'll use for attribute data collection.
- Click Edit attribute.
- Expand Targeted data collection.
- Use the Only including and Excluding fields to target the attribute.
- Save changes.
