Context
You can extending the survey by changing its end date either while the survey is open or before it has launched.
It's not possible to extend (or reopen) the survey once it's in the soft close window, ie. the original end date is already in the past. This is because the dashboard has already calculated priority drivers and highlighted segments once the survey round is in the soft close period. However, employees can continue answering the survey if they received a link for that survey round.
Steps
- Go to Administration > Schedules.
- Click View on the survey that you need to configure.
- On the main schedule page, click Change date.
- Set a new end date.
- Click Save.
