Context
Each survey schedule enables you to set the survey time and time zone. You can configure the survey time and time zone at the latest 1 day before the survey starts.
Setting | Description |

Survey time |
The survey time dictates when the survey schedule should send survey notifications to employees for all survey channels, except the kiosk mode. If you don't set the survey time, the fallback is 09:00AM. |
Survey time zone |
The schedule time zone dictates the time zone in which the survey round should open (at 00:30AM), and acts as a fallback for survey notifications, when employee record time zone is missing. If you don't set a survey time zone, the fallback is UTC. The time zone on employee records takes precedence over the schedule time zone, so employees can receive the survey in their local time zone if they have a time zone on their employee record (whether manually set or inferred from a previous survey round). When configuring a survey for employees across multiple time zones, set the survey time zone to the most-easter time zone. Steps
- Go to Administration > Schedules.
- Click View on the survey that you need to configure.
- Go to the Survey settings tab.
- Set Survey time.
- Set Time zone.
- Click Save.
