The survey is available in all supported survey languages. See Supported languages.
Employees can select any language from the list, even if you set the language on the employee record.
You can select languages in your schedule settings to restrict the list to the selected languages only.

- Go to Administration > Schedules.
- Click View on the survey that you need to configure.
- Go to the Survey settings tab.
- Add languages to the Survey language field in the order that they should display in the survey language down menu. Employees who don't have a set language on their employee record will receive their first communications in the first survey language.
- Click Save.
Adding or removing survey languages has immediate effect.
Ensure that you have translations in your selected languages for custom questions, customized survey emails, and the custom survey message for attribute collection, where relevant.
