Our benchmarks consist of data points from over 400 million unique survey responses from over 160 countries, in combination with data on how the scoring behaviors of employees are changing. Every quarter, we analyze changes in overall engagement as well as individual driver scores to help organizations across sectors ensure they have the most up-to-date benchmarks.
Key findings from our latest report
We have again seen stability of benchmarks across sectors, with no major changes in mean scores this quarter. The Manufacturing industry has seen the most notable changes, with positive score changes across health and wellbeing standards.
New Hotels, Restaurants & Leisure industry benchmark
With our latest update, we are adding a new Hotels, Restaurants & Leisure industry. Existing industries remain the same, and if you want to update the benchmarks you are using based on the new addition, you can easily do so in your admin settings.
