Comment Cards
|
Each comment, in the comments tab and on driver pages, displays as a card. The new card view enables you to hold down on a comment card to surface its acknowledgment and reply options, or click the card to open the conversation page of the comment. This provides a more seamless and organized user experience when working through comments.

Comment Tab User Interface
|
We introduce a search bar at the top of the comments tab, enabling you to surface comments containing specific keywords. The search bar contains filters, including sensitive keyword categories, enabling you to further narrow down your search.
We also improve the user interface on individual comment conversation pages with these changes:
-
We display an expanded list of acknowledgment options, helping you to quickly select an acknowledgment.
-
We bring to the forefront icons corresponding to the names of managers who can interact with the comment, providing you with context over who you can @mention in your interaction. It's also possible to click on the icons to display full names.
-
We add a text field under the comment, enabling you to start typing your reply immediately. If you're typing your first reply to the comment, suggested responses will display, providing you an optional template for your response.
-
We move the option to add an internal note behind the + icon of additional options, placing more focus on the public reply mode.
-
We add a warning message when you @mention someone in the public reply mode, enabling you to proceed or convert the text to an internal note, reducing human error.
-
We introduce comment reply caching, so you no longer lose replies you have typed as drafts, if you leave the comment or the app before sending the reply. Each draft will display on the conversation page of the related comment the next time you open it.
