The SAML login is failing.
Cause and solution
This happens because the certificate is expired or the values aren't an exact match to the certificate you use for the SAML response.
Locate the certificate your identity provider uses before beginning.
- Generate a new certificate from your identity provider, or copy the existing certificate.
- Go to Administration > Integrations > Single Sign-On.
- Paste the certificate into the Certificate field.
- Click Save.
