The priority & strength calculation adheres to the score aggregation process. At the end of every survey round, the calculation takes into account the aggregated data within the validity window you select in data aggregation settings.
Example: If your validity window is 6 months, the latest score from each employee from the last 6 months contributes to driver and subdriver overall scores. The resulting aggregated scores expose the difference to benchmark for each driver and subdriver. Difference to benchmark is a key factor in the selection of priorities and strengths.
If you deactivate questions and don't want their scores to contribute to priority & strength selection, you can reduce your visibility window. Reducing your visibility window will affect scores and participation on all dashboards, so we only recommend doing so only if absolutely necessary and if you're unlikely to increase the setting again later.
Managers and administrators with the Access to manage priorities permission can deprioritize a priority driver, and also select their own driver priorities, if needed.
