Every quarter, we analyze changes in overall engagement as well as individual driver scores to help organizations across sectors ensure they have the most up-to-date benchmarks. Our benchmarks consist of data points from over 400 million unique survey responses from over 160 countries, in combination with data on how the scoring behaviors of employees are changing.
Key findings from our latest report
Our latest analysis highlights the continued stability of benchmarks across the majority of sectors, with no major changes to overall benchmarks. There were minor updates to certain industries, the most notable changes being within the transportation and government sectors.
The transportation sector
This sector continues to face challenging market conditions since the pandemic (see Transportation and Logistics Industry - Year End Recap), which have led to a fall in scores for five drivers and sub-drivers within transportation.
The government sector
Continued satisfaction with remote work and home-based working environments has led to an increase in three driver and sub-driver scores.
