Employees Initiate Conversations on Comments
With this update, your employees can now initiate conversations on their comments from their personal dashboards on Workday Peakon Employee Voice for mobile, both iOS and Android. When an employee initiates a conversation, we also notify their direct manager.
With this release, we update external benchmarks to now include the latest industry data from 2022. This can help you to understand your employees’ behavior as well as how your organization is performing against competition.
We update industry benchmarks on Workday Peakon Employee Voice with the most recent data from 2022 Q3.
We also introduce these industry benchmark options for the Transformation and Change question set:

VIBE Index for Workday Peakon Employee Voice in Workday People Analytics
To help your leaders make more informed business decisions, we introduce a new Employee Sentiment topic of interest in the Configure People Analytics report that helps you measure Belonging in the VIBE Index.
You can select which Peakon questions to use to measure Belonging in the installation process. We then use the confidential, real-time, and continuous data from your employees' answers to calculate the Belonging outcome that contributes to the overall VIBE score. Also, your VIBE Parity matrix now displays Belonging data for each intersection you include in the VIBE calculation.
Note: Before setting up the new topic of interest, open a Customer Care ticket to enable the Data Export API on your Peakon account.
