Export Workday Peakon Employee Voice Impact Data for Microsoft Excel
With this release, you can now export your engagement impact metrics to Microsoft Excel. This enables you to create your own custom graphs with your data.
We add a new Export button on the Impact option in the Reports section on the Analysis tab, enabling you to export your engagement impact analysis as a Microsoft Excel file.
Workday Peakon Employee Voice for iPhone
We continue to improve the user experience for Workday Peakon Employee Voice on iPhone by making it easier for managers to interact using comments. We also enhance your ability to improve employee engagement by displaying suggested actions on of your main question sets.

|Redirect Users After Logging In
With this update, when your users need to log in to the Workday Peakon Employee Voice mobile app after they open a push notification or link, we now redirect them to their linked destination after they log in.
|Replies for Conversations
To reduce manual effort, we now display default replies when you initiate a conversation on a comment. You can use a default reply as your response, or as a starting point for a more in-depth conversation.
On the Personal Dashboard, we now display the name of the manager who acknowledges a comment with their acknowledgement. This increases transparency for your workers.
