Key highlights from our latest report
In previous updates for Q2 and Q3 2021, overall engagement benchmarks remained stable—which includes the 14 drivers of engagement, and their respective subdrivers. This trend has continued in Q4, with none of the overall engagement, Health & Wellbeing (H&W), or Belonging & Diversity (B&D) benchmarks having changed by more than 0.2.
Employee survey responses tell a slightly different story when looking at specific industries, with movement of greater than 0.2 across a handful of engagement questions related to autonomy and strategy, as well as H&W, which are highlighted below:
- Energy & Utilities
- Healthcare & Equipment
- Commercial & Professional Services
