You received a low participation email because the following conditions are met:
- Your access control group has the Receive low participation emails permission enabled
- You are a user that manages a segment, multiple segments, or even the company level view
- One of the views you manage has met the threshold for what is considered low participation (see Manager facing emails for more)
Each context that you manage will receive a separate low participation email, if it has met the low participation threshold during a survey round.
The low participation email will state which context it relates to, which is useful to note if you manage multiple areas, for example if you manage your own team, but also have access to the company level results. It also states the participation of that specific survey round at the time of the email send-out. This is not the same as the aggregated participation, which relates to participation throughout your visibility window. See About survey participation and how it works.
