The Peakon Android manager app enables people leaders to review and action their team’s feedback and improve their leadership skills anywhere, anytime. In the early version of the Android application, managers will be able to view engagement scores and interact with comments.
In this first version of the Android app leaders can quickly access their mobile app to:
- Review the team's dashboard and scores
- Change dashboard to other segments
- Access, acknowledge and respond to comments
- Take micro courses to improve leadership skills (Premier only)
- Access suggested Resources and custom Company resources
- Answer the survey
Review the team's dashboard and scores
Managers can view the Engagement overview for any context they have access to. This will also include all driver scores, score over time trends, and calculated strengths and priorities.
From the app, managers can set any driver as a priority, reject a suggestion for a priority or de-proritise any priority driver. Managing priorities is possible from the driver or comments pages.
Managers can also view specific driver pages which will include driver scores and sub-driver scores.
Change dashboard to other segments
Managers with access to several segments can switch between the segments they manage in the app. The context can be found at the bottom of the screen when viewing comments and scores. To switch contexts, simply click on the context and all available options will appear allowing you to select the preferred segment.
Access, acknowledge and respond to comments
Managers can acknowledge comments, initiate conversations with employees, and send internal notes.
They will also be able to filter comments, using the filter option on the top right corner, by:
- Comment type
- NPS category
The comments related to each driver and sub-driver are also accessible at the bottom of the page.
Take micro-courses to improve leadership skills (Premier only)
Leaders can take Peakon micro-courses on the go, under the Improve tab. These are short and interactive courses that take 10 to 15 minutes to complete. They are a great way of understanding the skills associated with each driver of engagement and provide great ideas to improve the team's engagement.
Access suggested Resources and custom Company resources
To account for different learning styles and time constraints, we provide high-quality articles and videos on a wide range of management topics. These are curated and kept up to date by our Organisational Development Science (ODS) team. This offering combines bespoke, in-house content and handpicked subject matter from trusted publishers such as Harvard Business Review (HBR) and TED.
On top of the suggested resources and actions for managers, Peakon provides organizations with an easy-to-use interface where internal leadership and development training content can be added. This can be both in-house produced or curated content organizations have chosen from their content providers.
Both suggested and custom company resources can be found by clicking on the Improve tab at the bottom menu.
Answer the survey
People leaders will see a banner appear at the top of their Manager Dashboard every time a new survey becomes available. Once the survey is completed, the banner disappears.
