You can create multiple survey schedules and use targeting to include or exclude employee segments, as needed.
We recommend aligning the survey end dates when Running multiple surveys at the same time.
The survey data from small pulse surveys also aggregates into the company results. The scores on the Company level dashboard will update during small pulse survey rounds, but they might not necessarily cause the Company dashboard to recalculate. The same will happen to segments that contain employees from the pulse survey population.
As a rule, dashboards only recalculate priorities, strengths, and topics if 1 of these conditions is true:
- 30% of employees from the segment are in the survey round.
- The aggregated participation is 25% higher since previous recalculation.
