How do I grant access to existing feedback to a new manager?
In order to grant access to historical scores, you will want to backdate this segment to the new manager. This will ensure a manager can see historical data for their new team.
The three main things to remember when it comes to backdating are:
- Avoid backdating employees to a time that does not reflect reality
- When backdating, opt for the 'custom date' option and backdate the employee to the day before a specific survey date
- Backdating can be a risk to confidentiality, especially when only backdating a small group of people
