Administrators can add custom company resources and suggested actions to complement the standard Peakon content in the Improve tab. See more at Custom company resources and actions.
Steps
Only users with the permissions Manage Company Resources and Manage Company Actions can add and manage custom material. These permissions are available to All employees type groups. Example: Administrators.
Add a custom resource
You can add up to 25 custom resources to each driver for the Engagement question set.
- Go to Administration > Improve > Resources.
- Click Add resource.
- Select the driver the resource relates to.
- Add a title and description.
- Upload an optional thumbnail image to accompany the resource.
- Add Resource link and select Resource type.
- Ensure you set the toggle to Publish, then save changes.
Once saved, you can edit the resource, and switch between Publish and Draft.
Add a custom suggested action
You can add up to 25 custom suggested actions to each driver for all question sets.
- Go to Administration > Improve > Actions.
- Click Create action.
- Add a title and description.
- Select the question set and driver the resource relates to.
- Add recommended duration (Optional).
- If you need to localize the suggested action into other languages than your dashboard language, expand Localization, and add translations in relevant languages.
- Ensure you set the toggle to Publish, then save changes.
Once saved, you can edit the suggested action, and switch between Publish and Draft.
Leader access
- Leaders need the Access to actions permission to have access to standard and custom suggested actions.
- Custom resources and suggested actions are available to all leaders that have access to the linked question sets in their access control group.
