The employee must be part of an open survey round.
Administrators and managers with access to employee records are able to re-send the survey to employees if the round is still open or soft-closed.
You can resend the survey once every 12 hours. It's not possible to resend the survey after the round has hard-closed.
Resending a survey link automatically invalidates the original survey link that the employee received.
- Go to Administration > Employees.
- Open the employee record of the individual who needs their survey link re-sent.
- Open the Rounds tab.
- Click Re-send survey.
If the re-send option is missing, the employee isn't part of the survey round. Refer to Troubleshooting: Can't add employee to survey round for causes and remedies.
The employee will receive their survey link through the original survey notification method. Example: Email and/or Slack.
If they've already completed their survey, the link that they receive will display an option to reset their survey answers for that specific round. Whether the employee completed the survey isn't visible to the person resending the survey.
