The minimum number of answers for a given driver or sub-driver that must be present for the aggregated score to be calculated. This ensures that there is a minimum number of data points for the aggregated score to be visible. Typically this is set to the same number as Number of responses (Data visibility: number of responses).

How it works
This setting works in harmony with the chosen visibility window in the aggregation settings, which is checked during each survey round.
For example if the visibility window is set to 1 year, and the Number of scores per question is set to 5, a driver will only display data if in the last 1 year, 5 or more people have completed answered a question on that driver at least once.
This means that during each new survey round, old data falls out of the current score while new data comes in. If one of those people stops answering and eventually there are only 4 respondents in a 1 year period, the driver will lose its data visibility.
Example
Driver | Participation | Visibility |
---|---|---|
Environment |
5 employees answered a question in the visibility period |
✓ |
Autonomy driver |
3 employees answered a question in the visibility period |
✘ |
In this case it will not be possible to view the Autonomy driver's scores because there are not enough responses.
Configuration
As with the other data visibility settings, they can be managed by system administrators and will affect all company data.
To set the number of scores per question:
- Go to Administration > Data settings
- Choose the Data tab
- Set the Number of scores per question
