What happens to the scores of an employee changing teams?
When someone moves their team, their old comments and old scores remain with the old team, whereas new comments and new scores will go to the new team (as long as the change is made before the round started).
The next time the employee is surveyed, regardless of whether they answer or not, their latest scores to each question will instantly transfer over to the new manager's team, and eventually get overridden with any new scores if the employee were to answer the survey again.
The current score of the mover will only be transferred to the new team once the new round starts (regardless of whether they answer in the new round). This ensures it's not possible for a manager to deduce whether the change in score is due to the employee moving, as it could also be due to new scores from the current team, or even older scores ‘falling out’ of the data aggregation window.
