The personal dashboard provides personal score and comment visibility for survey participants. Survey participants that are also managers can switch between their manager and personal dashboard.
If your Peakon administrator has enabled the personal dashboard for your company (see Enable the personal dashboard for your organization), survey participants can access their personal dashboards at any time.
- Your company administrator must enable personal dashboard for your organization.
- You must have an email address on your Peakon employee record. Employees accessing their survey via kiosk mode (Example: First name/Employee ID or a One-time/Reusable code) can't access their personal dashboard for security reasons, unless they also have an email address on Peakon.
- The email address that you use to sign in must match the email address your company has on your Peakon employee record. If you need to update your email address on Peakon, contact your Peakon administrator (often this is the Human Resources team).
Once enabled, survey participants can activate their personal dashboard using the prompt at the end of their survey. It's also possible to activate the personal dashboard outside of a survey round, by signing into the Peakon desktop or mobile app.
The URL for the Peakon app on desktop is either app.peakon.com (to be deprecated around mid-2024) or [company name].peakon.com, if your organization has already switched over to their own subdomain.
Survey participants need to reset their password if activating the personal dashboard on the desktop version of Peakon.
However, if your organization has integrated Peakon with their single sign-on (SSO) identity provider (Example: Okta) and has assigned you the Peakon tile, you will be able to sign in with your existing SSO credentials.
For future use, the personal dashboard will remain available on the Peakon desktop or mobile app, as well as the prompt at the end of each survey.
