My employee didn't receive survey. How do I resend the survey to members of my team?
Answer
Admins are able to re-send the survey to employees if the round is still open or soft-closed.
To do this, in your Administrator settings, go to Employees and there will be a ‘Re-send survey’ button on the Rounds tab of the Employee profile.
Once you click the button, you will get a pop up window confirming your request to resend. The employee will receive their survey link via the original method. If they have already completed their survey, once they open the link they will be presented with the option of resetting their survey answers for that specific round.
