For a more visual view of your segment comparisons, you can use the Cards view. Within the cards' view it is also possible to select the segments you wish to see, and also add the participation rate to the view.
Here, you can hover over each driver bar to see the score, and the number at the end of each driver signifies its difference to the benchmark. The colors of the bars represent where the score lies on the NPS scale.

Viewing your Segments cards
To view your segments cards
- Go to Analysis > Segments
- Click on the Cards tab
- Select your segments of choice
- The page will update automatically with the segments selected
Customizing the cards view
In the Cards page, you have the option to include additional data and to switch to a different timeframe or score.
Showing participation
Use the "participation" toggle on the top-right of the Cards view to show the aggregated participation per segment. The number of employees shown on the small human icon next to the segment name refers to the number of employees, who have contributed at least one score to the result in the aggregated timeframe.
NPS vs Average mode
At any point, it is possible to switch your view between the NPS mode and the average mode using the options on the top right corner of your heatmap page. It will always default to the chosen mode of your company.
Time filter
You can select to switch your cards view to the following timeframes:
- Last month
- Last quarter
- Last year
- All
