Peakon allows organizations and their leaders access to real-time dashboards for any demographic set in the platform. Reports and insights available in the Peakon dashboard include:

The context selector is located in the top left corner of the screen. It allows you to view the current context of your dashboard or search segments to change the context of your dashboard so you can deep dive into the feedback related to that area of the business. Comments make up an integral part of the feedback you receive from employees. They provide context to the driver scores and help you uncover underlying issues, which can help inform your action planning. Check out Viewing and exporting comments for more details.
Peakon Natural Language Processing (NLP) capability creates Topics organically, which are specific to your organization, through grouping similar words or phrases together into themes, based on the feedback you have received from your employees. This means that you can quickly digest thousands of employee comments, identify what your employees are talking about and how they feel, and take relevant action. Employee experience cycle reports
Leaders can use these reports to see how engagement changes throughout the employee experience cycle, rather than having to ask for separate onboarding or exit surveys. Peakon highlights distinct stages in the employee journey, each demonstrating the shifting needs of employees from onboarding to exit. With Segments, you have the ability to slice and dice the data to pinpoint exactly where in the organization you need to focus. In addition to that, it enables you to drill down into precise areas of the organization to understand and action employee thoughts and opinions in granular detail, as well as provide side-by-side comparisons.

Drivers and question scores
The Drivers and Question Scores pages, found in the Analysis section, allow you to better analyze the different aspects of engagement and pinpoint any focus areas. Each driver dashboard contains the scores and comments relating to that driver, as well as an Improve area to help improve your driver scores.

The Impact feature can be used to establish the relationships between engagement and any other business metric that you measure. This information will then be available on your Peakon dashboard which you can share with the business to evidence the impact that employee engagement is having on your wider business performance.
