The sensitive comments feature is Peakon's way of flagging the most time-sensitive feedback from your organization. It works with all question types, including custom company questions.
Peakon flags comments as sensitive when they contain any word from the monitored wordlist. Peakon will notify you, allowing you to decide how to react to the comment. If you are configuring sensitive comments, see Configure misconduct monitoring with Sensitive Comments.

Viewing sensitive comments
Team leaders are able to view them from their “Comments” page on their Peakon dashboard, once access has been provided. By default, Sensitive Comments appear above your Highlighted Comments. As with all comment categories, it’s also possible to filter only those comments marked as sensitive.
By default, sensitive comments will also appear in the highlighted comments section at the top of the comment feed.
To view comments:
- Access your Peakon account.
- Click on Comments in the left sidebar.
- Click on Sensitive comments tab at the top.
- Access your Peakon account
- Select your preferred Dashboard under Insights on the left sidebar
- Scroll down to the bottom to the Comment section.
Filtering sensitive comments
Like regular comments, you have the option to filter comments by different properties, to focus only on a specific set of feedback:
- Searching for comments using the search box.
- Filtering on Comments for certain driver or sub-driver comments. Here you can select your preferred question set to focus on, or select open-ended questions.
- Filtering by NPS category (or sentiment): promotors, passives, and detractors.
- Filtering by Sensitive Group to filter out on specific themes of misconduct.
- Filtering by interactions allows you to show only those comments with conversations or notes, or only those conversations without conversations or notes.
- Filtering by Acknowledgments to show only those comments that have or haven't been acknowledged only by yourself.
- Filter by round end date to focus only on feedback during specific rounds.
Marking or unmarking a comment as sensitive
Marking or unmarking comments as sensitive only be possible if the necessary permission is enabled in the access control groups.
Unmarking: In some cases, a false positive comment may be detected. It’s then possible to “Unmark as Sensitive Comment” by clicking on the drop-down arrow on the comment itself.
Marking: Any comment on Peakon can be marked as a sensitive comment. To mark a comment as sensitive, simply click on the drop-down arrow on the comment and mark it as a sensitive comment.
