Prerequisites
Administrator access.
Context
Global administrators can enable the personal dashboard for survey participants. You can choose whether to enable the dashboard for the entire Employees access group, or only to some employees. If you want to test the personal dashboard with a small group of employees before a full roll out, see Example: Phased personal dashboard roll out.
Personal dashboards provide survey participants with access to their own survey scores and comments, as well as team scores, priorities, and actions.
Steps
- Navigate to Administration > Access Control.
- Open the Employees access group, or create a new Individual type group.
- Expand the Personal Dashboard permissions section.
-
When enabling permissions, consider:
Permission name Description Access personal dashboard Enables you to access your personal dashboard after submitting a survey or logging into Peakon. When disabled, Peakon displays a limited summary of your survey instead.
This setting is a prerequisite for any other setting within the Personal dashboard settings group.
Organization data Displays the company level scores for comparison to your own scores.
Prerequisite permission: Access personal dashboard.
Direct manager's team scores Displays your team scores for comparison to your own scores.
Prerequisite permission: Access personal dashboard.
Data for teams above direct manager The ability to display the scores of teams that are above your direct manager. Also displays priority drivers and actions.
Prerequisite permissions: Access personal dashboard and Compare to team scores.
Note
The Direct manager's team scores and Data for teams above direct manager permissions provide employees with access to their team's scores across all question sets. This is something to consider if you've not provided managers with visibility to all question sets.

Result
After enabling the personal dashboard for your organization, employees can activate it at the end of their survey, and access it thereafter at any point. Authentication is possible through a password or Single Sign-On, where enabled by your organization. Employees can also activate their personal dashboard outside of a survey round, by using the generic dashboard sign-in URL.
