The Workday Peakon Employee Voice (WPEV) Improve hub delivers personalized training and advice to leaders, based on feedback from their teams.
In the Improve hub, leaders can:
- Create action plans.
- View recommended resources.
- Complete micro courses.
- Learn more about how specific drivers influence engagement.
The filters on the Improve hub enable you to see resources by question set (and the specific driver, if selected) or resource type. Leaders can only access resources for the question sets they can access in their dashboard. Each driver dashboard also has its own Improve tab, with contextual resources.

Micro Courses |
A library of bite-sized leadership lessons, developed by our Organizational Development Science (ODS) team. Backed by decades of scientific research, these short training courses provide leaders with the skills required to act immediately, and lead a productive and engaged team. Each interactive, mobile-friendly lesson aligns to WPEV methodology, ensuring that actions are clear and specific to the needs of each leader. Lessons conclude with a suggested action to encourage leaders to make improvements, using their new knowledge. Micro Courses are available for the Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion question sets. |
Suggested Actions |
WPEV provides suggested actions to help leaders address feedback, making it easier to implement impactful changes after each survey round. Customer data displays a strong correlation between using suggested actions and driver score improvements. Suggested actions are also visible when reviewing priority drivers in the dashboard, and at the end of each micro course. Leaders can click on a suggested action to customize the title and description, where relevant. |
Resources (Article/link or video) |
WPEV provides articles and videos on a wide range of management topics. Our ODS team curates and keeps the resources up to date. The resources combine bespoke, in-house content and handpicked subject matter from trusted publishers. Examples: Harvard Business Review (HBR) and TED. Several linked resources require an external subscription for unlimited access. Standard resources (articles and videos) are available across all standard question sets. You can also upload your own custom resources. |
