Users with manager dashboard access should be able to access their team's survey data using the mobile application, as well as complete their own survey.
If a user's mobile app redirects them to the survey instead of their manager dashboard, there's an issue with their access rights on Peakon.
Here are some examples:
- The user manages a group of employees or a segment on Peakon, however the access control group that they're part of doesn't provide sufficient permissions to display the data.
- The user doesn't manage any employees or segments on Peakon (for example due to a sync issue between Peakon and the organization's HRIS system).
We recommend for users that encounter this issue to reach out to their Human Resources (HR) team or equivalent, to verify their access rights on Peakon. If it's not possible to find the reason for the access issue, we recommend raising a case with Workday Support.
