I am having trouble logging in using my Google single sign on. What can I do?
It will only be possible to log in using an email address that has been added to Peakon. If no match is found, it will not be possible to proceed.
Make sure that you open Safari and log into the correct Google account, by opening the Google page from within Safari and making sure to select your corporate Google account before logging in. Then revert back to the app and try again.
In some cases we have seen employees registered with secondary business emails, so if you have multiple email Google accounts, try with them first.
If you are still unable to log in, please reach out to email@example.com so we can check if you have been granted access to the Manager dashboard with the email you are using.
