Users can only sign in to the app using an email address that matches the email address on their Peakon employee record. If there is no successful match, it's not possible to proceed.
We recommend checking for common errors. Example: Typos or different email domains that your organization may use.
If an employee is unable to sign in using their valid work email address, we recommend that they verify their contact information with their Human Resources (HR) team or equivalent.
