Workday Peakon enables you to launch as many surveys as you need, whether the intention is to run automated pulse surveys or a one-time survey. Simply enable data collection and select a frequency to start the automatic recurrence of the survey.
This flexible survey approach enables you to run multiple survey schedules and frequencies at the same time, catering to different business needs. Example: Surveying new-joiners more frequently than the rest of the organization, to provide greater insight into the onboarding process.
You can also switch question sets on and off on selected survey schedules, enabling you to run standalone surveys targeting specific segments of your business or run your questions at different cadences to suit your needs. Example: You can schedule Engagement, H&W, and D&I question sets monthly and schedule separate, quarterly T&C survey rounds that target your accounting department only.

Additional information
The Schedules area within Administration is the hub for configuring your Peakon surveys. You can administer access to survey configuration in Access Control.
The standard Company schedule includes all employees, and it's also possible to create your own targeted survey schedules. Only administrators can view and manage the Company schedule.
When you create a new schedule, the survey population becomes the segment that your context is set to. Local administrators can only create and manage schedules for the segments that they manage.
The number of employees that display on each schedule indicates how many people currently match the target.
When viewing the Activity page in the Schedules area, the numbers next to past surveys display the number of people surveyed at the time.
