Prerequisites
Permission: Manage company values.
This permission is only available in groups with access to All employees.
Context
Values questions are on a 0-10 scale, and enable you to measure the extent of which employees feel aligned to each of your company values. Read more at Values questions.
Steps
- Go to Administration > Values.
- Click Add value.
- Add the name and description of the value. Example: Innovation - we strive to innovate every step of the way.
- (Optional) Add any relevant translations within the Localization section. Without a translation in an available survey language, the question will display in the original language in surveys where a translation is missing.
- (Optional) Add target segments within the Advanced section.
Result
Once added, the values question will appear in your next survey round, with insights appearing on the dashboard in real-time as employees begin to answer.
