Introducing survey results for all teams on Peakon personal dashboards

With this release, we continue improving the personal dashboard experience for survey participants by displaying survey scores, actions and priorities on all segments that they're part of within the reporting hierarchy. This will help drive further transparency, and provide more meaningful team insights for employees whose direct teams are below the visibility threshold.

What Do I Need To Do?

This feature is automatically available if:

  • The setting Compare to team scores is enabled on access control groups with individual access, and
  • You didn't opt out from the enhancement ahead of the release.

You'll need to enable the new setting Data for teams above direct manager for access control groups with Individual access if you:

  • Didn't have Compare to team scores enabled, or
  • Opted out from the enhancement.

We also recommend that you update your training materials so that users are aware of the changes.

What Happens If I Do Nothing?

If the feature is automatically enabled, employees will see:

  • A card per manager in their reporting line hierarchy in the Your Teams section on the Overview tab.
    • This appears if the manager has selected at least 1 driver priority in their all reports context.
  • The option to filter their dashboard by any manager in their reporting line hierarchy on the Your Survey Results tab.

If you opted out from this enhancement or if Compare to team scores isn't enabled for access control groups with Individual access, you'll see no changes.

Additional Considerations

  • We rename these access control settings on individual access control groups:
    • From Compare to team scores to Direct manager's team scores.
    • From Compare to company scores to Organization data.
  • Priorities and actions set by manager's above the direct manager only displays if they've been created in the All Reports context.
  • Priorities are now pinned to the top of the Highest-rated areas and Similarly rates areas sections on the Your survey results tab.
  • The Compare to organization and Compare to team and organization filter options won't display as a filter option when this feature is enabled. To compare scores to the organization, employees will now need to select the company name in the filter.

Configuration Notes

To enable the new access control setting, navigate to Access Control in the Administration area, and select an access control group with Individual access.

Expand the Personal dashboard settings, and enable the Data for teams above direct manager setting.

Note: This setting can only be enabled if Direct manager's team scores is enabled.
