Context
You can set up dashboards to monitor sensitive feedback from employees and create alerts for designated people. Monitoring enables you to take action on instances of discrimination or misconduct.
The standard concept names are non-editable, however you can add or remove the monitored words in each concept.
Workday Peakon detects both stem words and variations or synonyms of stem words in comments. When you add monitored words to existing concepts, we recommend that you add the stem word as the monitored word. Example: Adding the word harass ensures that Peakon detects comments containing the words harassment and harassed. When you're unsure of the stemming of a sensitive keyword, you can add other versions of the keyword to ensure detection by Peakon. See Sensitive comments to learn more about detection.
