With this release, we improve the comment analysis capabilities for managers and administrators using Machine Learning, specifically Natural Language Processing (NLP). This can help reduce burden for senior leaders and administrators to understand and analyze large groups of comments.

Setup Effort
| What Do I Need To Do? |
Nothing, this feature is automatically available to everyone with access to see comments. We do recommend that you update your training materials so that users are aware of the changes. |
| What Happens If I Do Nothing? |
Users with access to comments will now see a Semantic Topics tab when they select Topics from menu on the left on the Insights tab. |
Additional Considerations
- Currently this feature is only available for comments in English.
- The available topics are predefined by Peakon. For an overview of the available topics, see the featured link.
- Users navigating to semantic topics for the first time will see an onboarding tour. You can reopen the tour at any time through the information icon on the top right of the page.
- To use this feature it isn't required to opt-in to a subprocessor.
