Peakon question sets display in the same order, both in recurring and manual surveys:
- Engagement questions
- Diversity and inclusion questions
- Health and wellbeing questions
- Transformation and change questions
- COVID-19 questions
- Company custom drivers questions
- Values questions
- Open-ended questions
Peakon randomizes the individual questions within these question sets, except for the core question from each question set, which always goes first. Example: Within the Engagement question set, the NPS question is always first.
In recurring surveys, if a respondent scores a question with an extreme score (zero or 10), the survey follows up with an additional subdriver question, if available. Such questions display at the end of the relevant question set. Example: If the employee adds an extreme score to an engagement question, the follow-up question comes at the end of the original engagement question set.
Targeted questions that only target some employee groups display as part of the randomized questions within each question set.
